John has over 25 years' experience undertaking complex and high-stakes workplace investigations in both the private and public sectors and is an employment lawyer, former barrister and co-founder of Farren McRae Workplace Lawyers and Consultants.

Alison McRae

HEAD OF CONSULTING DIVISION
Alison is a specialist in workplace investigations, with expertise in misconduct, sexual harassment, bullying, discrimination and corrupt conduct. She oversees and manages Farren McRae’s thorough and fair investigations that stand up to scrutiny and give organisations the clarity to act with confidence. A skilled advisor on investigative strategy, evidence assessment and reporting, Alison ensures findings are well-reasoned and defensible. A nationally accredited mediator, Alison brings strengths in conflict resolution across both public and private sectors, including complex, high-stakes and sensitive matters.
